Refund policy
At DIY Company, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return policy to ensure your experience with us is positive.
1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@dycdiy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of 10 days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@dycdiy.com.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dycdiy.com.
8. Return Address

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet our return requirements.
