If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

DYCDIY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
